THIS VISA IS A SCHENGEN VISA.
This kind of visa is for people who wish to join their relative (spouse, ascendant, or descendant), who is an European Union citizen residing in Spain.

The applicant must apply for an EU-Citizen Family Reunion Visa at the premises of the Consulate General of Spain in Lagos.
WHAT TO SUBMIT
The consular administration has full authority to evaluate, and request for more documents than those submitted by the applicant. The latter is hereby informed that submitting the aforementioned documents does NOT guarantee automatic issuance of the visa. Documents will not be returned once accepted to process the visa.

Please Note:
As per instruction received from Embassy of Spain, Checklist needs to be duly filled in by the Applicant/Travel Agent/Authorized representative and needs to submit along with the Visa Application. Please note it's mandatory to provide the same and is applicable for all Nigeria.

Applications accepted at the Spain Visa Application Centre will be submitted on the next working day at the Embassy of Spain/Consulate General of Spain. Once the application has been submitted, the applicant can be further requested additional documentation in support of the same. Please note as per the instructions received from Embassy of Spain minimum processing time is 20 Calendar days (It may delay depending on case to case).
All applications must be submitted at least 20 days prior to the proposed date of travel to accommodate any unforeseen processing delays.
Processing time will start excluding the date of submission of application at BLS International Services.
Applicants submitting the applications with short processing time will be required to fill up the Declaration form
